About the project:
Introduction:
Imagine a production facility where thousands of liters of milk per hour are turned into dozens of product types with minimal human intervention. Just a while ago, this was science fiction for the dairy industry. Today, it is the reality created by Aprotec engineers for "Molochny Mir". The challenge was ambitious: not just to install new equipment, but to create a single digital organism from disparate lines and units, controlled from a single point.
Our Solution:
We delivered a turnkey project that includes:
Centralized CIP System: A four-loop station and local modules ensure impeccable cleanliness of all equipment, meeting the highest sanitary standards.
Thermal Processing Automation: Implementation of a Pasteurization-Cooling Unit (10,000 l/h) and an Ultra-Pasteurization line (8,000 l/h) with deaeration and a holding tube for perfect product quality.
Deep Integration: We interconnected separators, homogenizers, 12 kefir fermenters, a 10,000 l aseptic tank, and a sterile filling machine. The equipment exchanges data in real-time.
Smart Resource Management: Integration with three existing 100 m³ milk tanks and a valve distribution manifold allows for flexible management of raw material and normalized mixture flows.
Tech Stack:
PLC: Siemens (industrial-grade reliability)
Control Level: Local HMI panels + centralized SCADA system in the control room.
Networks: Profinet.
The Key Feature:
Recipe Management. The operator selects the product type (e.g., 2.5% kefir, 3.2% sterilized milk), and the system automatically launches the required technological program: sets pasteurization parameters, activates the necessary fermenters, manages homogenization, and starts filling. The human factor is minimized.
The Result (Tangible Client Benefit):
Consistency: Every batch of product has identical organoleptic properties.
Efficiency: Entire process is managed by just two operators.
Flexibility: Launching a new product type is easy and quick—simply upload a new recipe into the system.
Scalability: The system is ready for the connection of new equipment in the future.
Conclusion:
This project is a clear example of how digitalization transforms traditional production into the factory of the future. We didn't just supply equipment; we gave the customer a key to leadership in the dairy market.
