A feature of this project is the programming and adjustment of the unit for normalizing milk in a stream with a capacity of 3 tons per hour.

      The control system is based on Siemens CPU315-2 PN/DP PLC, Siemens Siamatic TP 900 control panels, operator workstation.

      Aprotec Engineering designed, supplied, developed software and commissioned the control system for the VIGAND-4000 vacuum evaporator and, together with our partners, launched the production of kvass wort.

       


      Wort is a grain concentrate for the production of kvass. It looks like a dark brown viscous liquid with a rich bread aroma.

      The device VVU VIGAND-4000 was completely restored and modernized by our partners. After a set of measures, the productivity of the line was increased by more than 15%.

       


      Our software solution is optimally prepared for ongoing development thanks to its modular configuration and allows for flexible line customization to the process.

       


      The control system is based on Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 315-2PN-DP controller, Siemens SIMATIC HMI MTP1200 touch panel.

      All technological processes (acceptance of raw materials, issuance of concentrated wort, CIP-washing of equipment) are carried out automatically according to a specific recipe. Our control system is fully software integrated with the automated plant control system built on the basis of ProLeIT.

This control system is integrated into the centralized management system of the enterprise.

      The signal exchange is organized by means of communication via the ProfiNET protocol.

      The control system is built on the basis of a Siemens controller, a Siemens touch panel.

    • Modernization of line of forming, pressing, transportation of cottage cheese

      The Aprotec team completed the development of software and the launch of the line for molding, pressing, transporting Obram curds (Tetra Pack). The control system is based on the existing Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 315-2DP controller and the new Siemens TP1200 Comfort touch panel. For communication with the cottage cheese line, a Siemens communication processor was installed and data is transmitted using the ProfiNET protocol.

      After undergoing full maintenance, the line received an updated look with modern software that allows flexible adjustment of the line to the technological process.

      The control system is built on the basis of Siemens S7-1500 PLC, Siemens Siamatic control panels, client-server architecture of the SCADA system.

      The object of automation is the obram (Tetra Pack) cottage cheese production line, which was in use with its subsequent modernization. The productivity of the line is 14 tons/day.

      The Aprotec team completed the development of a new automated control system (ACS). The ACS is based on the Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 315-2PN/DP controller. The line is controlled by 4 Siemens TP1200 Comfort touch panels, WinCC SCADA system, reporting system.

      With the help of communication via ProfiNET and Profibus DP, the line was integrated with adjacent pieces of equipment: CIP washing, pasteurizer, curd molding and pressing system.
