About the project:
As part of this project, the Aprotec team carried out the development of software for the automated separation of the fermentation.
The line is controlled automatically according to a special algorithm based on a programmable logic controller with visualization on the operator's touch panel, where the status of all actuators and sensors is displayed. This control system is integrated into the centralized management system of the enterprise.
The signal exchange takes place via communication via ProfiNET.
The control system is built on the basis of a Siemens controller, a Siemens touch panel.
