  • About the project:

    Aprotec performed the design and delivery of an automated milk separator control system with software development and commissioning.

    The separator is controlled automatically according to a special algorithm based on a programmable logic controller with visualization on the operator's touch panel, where the status of all actuating elements and sensors is displayed, the ability to select operating modes, storage and archiving of information. This control system is integrated into the centralized management system of the enterprise.

    The signal exchange is organized by means of communication via the ProfiNET protocol.

    The control system is built on the basis of a Siemens controller, a Siemens touch panel.

    Taking into account the prospects for the development of the enterprise, the Aprotec control system allows you to modify and develop the automated control system without restrictions to the level of its integration into a single corporate management system for the entire enterprise.
