    As part of this project, the Aprotec team developed an automated control system for the valve cluster of the milk receiving department.

    The main task of the comb is the efficient distribution of product flows into the tank, from the tank, washing solutions. Our goal: to establish communication with all units of the process online, to ensure continuous operation of the line in automatic mode, to exclude the influence of the human factor.

    The valve distribution cluster is used to connect several departments: 3 milk receiving posts, milk pasteurizer, CIP washing station, mixture storage department. The signal exchange is organized by means of communication via ProfiNET.

    The control system is based on the Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 CPU 1512SP-1PN controller, Siemens TP1200 Comfort touch panel.

    Taking into account the prospects for the development of the enterprise, the Aprotec control system allows you to modify and develop the automated control system without restrictions to the level of its integration into a single corporate management system for the entire enterprise.
    The Aprotec control system has remote access, which makes it possible to connect 24/7/365 technical specialists for prompt resolution of issues.
