About the project:
In this project, the production capacity of the cheese production line was increased. As a result of the modernization, the processing capacity increased to 500 tons of milk per day.
Aprotec Engineering carried out the supply, development of PLC, HMI, SCADA software, electrical installation and commissioning of an automated cheese production line.
The control system is built on the basis of Siemens S7-1500 PLC, Siemens Siamatic control panels, client-server architecture of the SCADA system.
Interaction and exchange of signals is carried out with the equipment:
GEA Westfalia (separator, normalizer, whey separators),
KALT (press).
A feature of this project is the implementation of the following technologies:
Mutually redundant washing circuits.
Use of buffer tanks for solution circulation and disinfection on the washing circuits.
Application of a system for using the secondary heat of whey to reuse it on a milk pasteurizer.
Using the piging system to transport cream to the whole milk plant.
Fully automated starter department.
Ejection of all products (terminated milk, normalized mixtures, cream, whey, reverse) by conductivity sensors.
By using the latest generation of Siemens control systems, you can prepare your plant for the future thanks to a system that can be expanded flexibly. All control elements and control panels are connected to the company network, which allows you to control the process from the office at any time.
